These are the terms for booking Renew Mobile Detailing, a mobile auto detailing service run by David in St. Charles, Missouri. Booking an appointment means you agree to what is below.
The short version. $125 flat for an interior detail at your home. Nothing is paid online. You pay David in person when the work is done. Reschedule or cancel any time, just tell him as early as you can.
An interior detail of one vehicle, carried out where the vehicle is parked, within the service area below. It normally takes about two hours, though a heavily soiled interior can take longer.
Included in the $125:
Not included: full carpet or seat shampoo and extraction, heavy pet-hair removal, exterior washing, waxing or paint correction, engine bays, and ceramic coating. If your vehicle needs any of that, text David and he will quote it separately before he starts.
The price is $125 flat for a standard interior detail. No deposit is taken and no payment is processed on this website.
Payment is due in person when the work is finished, by cash, Venmo or Cash App. David handles payment with you directly at the vehicle.
If the vehicle turns out to need work beyond a standard interior detail, David will tell you what it needs and what it would cost before he starts. You are never charged more than $125 without agreeing to it first.
Your confirmation email carries a link to reschedule and a link to cancel. You can also just text David. There is no cancellation fee.
Please give as much notice as you reasonably can. David is one person with a limited number of slots, and an empty slot cannot be offered to anyone else at the last minute.
David may need to reschedule for weather or for something outside his control. If that happens he will contact you directly and offer another time.
So the appointment can go ahead, the vehicle needs to be parked somewhere David can work around it easily, and he needs access to the inside of it. He will meet you when he arrives and sort this out with you then.
Please take valuables, money and anything fragile out of the vehicle before the appointment. David is careful with everything he finds, but he cannot take responsibility for personal items left inside.
Detailing cleans a vehicle. It does not repair one. Some things cannot be undone by cleaning, including set-in or bleached stains, burns, tears, cracked trim, worn upholstery, odours that have soaked into padding, and existing damage. David will tell you honestly if he does not think something will come out, rather than promise a result he cannot deliver.
If you know about existing damage or a problem area, please mention it when you book or when he arrives.
St. Charles, Missouri and roughly 20 miles around it. If you are outside that, text and ask before booking; David will tell you either way rather than accept a job he cannot reach.
This is a summer service. The last serviceable booking date is Thursday, August 13, 2026, after which David returns to school and the calendar closes until he is home again.
David takes care with every vehicle. If something is genuinely damaged by his work, tell him straight away, while he is still there if possible, and he will make it right. His responsibility is limited to the work he carried out and to the amount you paid for that appointment.
Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Missouri or federal consumer law.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The terms that apply to your appointment are the ones published when you booked.
