Renew Mobile Detailing is a mobile auto detailing service run by David, working in St. Charles, Missouri and about 20 miles around it. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
The short version. We collect what we need to book and complete your detailing appointment, and nothing else. We do not sell your information. We do not take payment on this website. If you want your information removed, ask us and we will remove it.

Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit, including your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you look at, and how you arrived here. This comes from cookies and similar technologies. It is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful.
We do not use your information to send unrelated marketing unless you ask us to.
We use a small number of outside services to run the business. They only receive what they need to do their job, and they are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To understand whether those ads actually lead to bookings, this site uses the Meta advertising pixel, which sets cookies and reports back to Meta that a visit or a booking happened. Meta may connect that activity to your Meta account if you have one.
You can limit this. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and Meta provides its own ad preference controls inside your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking cookies will not stop you from booking an appointment.
No payment is taken on this website. Nothing is due when you book. Payment is due at the time of service, by cash, Venmo, or Cash App. We never see or store your card details. If you pay through Venmo or Cash App, that transaction is handled entirely by those companies under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent it. We share it only with the services listed above, or where we are genuinely required to by law.
We keep booking and customer records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to keep ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep something for legal or accounting reasons.

This website is meant for adults booking a service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we keep it inside the services listed above rather than spread around. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.
